Ladies what did you guys do to speed up your labor besides walking? Thanks in advance

Nothing sped it up with my son, I tried everything. he was 10 days late. tried sex, walking, taking the bus, EPO, spicy foods, pineapple...

Were you at least dilated? I'm already dilated but i'm not having any pain just slight lower back pain but it goes away @emily18234
