moms of children with ADD or sensory processing disorders!!! I have been doing bedtime yoga with my little which definitely helps transition him but he still fights sleep so tonight I added sleep hypnosis! My little dude passed out so hard half way through the video as did the baby! We usually start the bedtime routine at 7:00... hes usually asleep by 11pm. I have not been this calm after bedtime for years!

ссылка is the link for the sleep hypnosis but I really think you should add the yoga to help transition from active to quiet time. It helps so much! It doesn't have to be crazy poses just something simple that incorporates slow and relaxing stretches. **added bonus! If you have a diffuser, throw in a couple drops of lavender amd chamomile
