Same thing happened to me, went to my 40 wk appointment and dr told me there was zero chances of labor happening any time soon and the next day I was checked into the hospital already 4cm dilated and my water broke 1 hour after I checked in lol don't lose hope!

It will happen fast. My friend went from nothing to 1 and 50 effaced in 2 days. Don't worry. I'm 3 cent 80 effaced and no progress this whole week. Don't get discouraged just know you will be holding your baby very soon 💖💖
