Yeah I mean that's no different than being told you can't have a job because of your race or gender. For all they know you were only 20 weeks pregnant but showing big. They can't just come out and say that. They need to have a legitimate reason. I'd be upset too.

Still shouldn't matter. I just looked it up, it's definitely illegal. It's even illegal for her to ask about your pregnancy. You could have told her you don't care to answer the question and if she still said the same thing it most definitely is pregnancy discrimination. As long as you're still able to perform the functions of the job no matter how long or short you'll stay there what they did is illegal. Seriously girl look into it. Go back and tell them that and for all she knows (assumption on her part) you could or will work up until you go into labor so 7ish more weeks.
