my baby is 3 weeks and got ET baby acne. its horrendous. Dr said not to put anything on it? wouldn't mind but rashes have always made me queezy so would like it gone ASAP for her and me

My baby had baby acne and it cleared by itself in a couple of weeks. I know it's horrid but you have to just wait it out cx
