I believe I just made my son flip lol he was in a diagonal position across my belly with his head by my right hip bone and feet up on my left side. I felt really nauseous just now and my belly got super hard. I feel him moving right under my sternum and down below. I can also lay on my side comfortably without feeling liked I'm laying on him.
