So my dr decided not to check me (because of my vaginsmus) till im actually in labor. But the thing is im so freakin anxious and not knowing how far i am with the dilating process is driving me insane! Is there anyway for me to know if its almost time or at least speed things up? sex is out of the question my husband is way too scared lol
