have any of you had really bad period like cramps and had your first weekly appt to be checked for dilation and made any progress? these cramps have been terrible and I'm hoping for some good news tomorrow! but I know the odds are slim! a girl can dream right? lol

i lost parts of mine yesterday and this morning had off and on light cramps all night and i was at 2 cm when i got checked this afternoon

No it was a couple hours later lol I saw it in the toilet when I peed. It was a glob of mucus w some blood streaks in it
