I agree it's a good idea to maybe say, "This is the last time I'll contact you, but I thought it is appropriate to let you know that we're moving to St Lewis and will no longer be the area." or something like that

I would just let him know to be safe, because he could still get you into trouble if he is on the birth certificate like @starrbaby said. people are petty and will do anything to bring you down so I'd stick to the safe side

@mommyofsoontob3, I don't have him on fb and I blocked him because he was casing trouble.

@starrbaby, he's basically telling me that he doesn't care he's only seen his daughter 2 time for the past almost 2 months.
