At that age there's not much you can do . If the fever is 100.4 bring to drs asap that's the danger temp. If it's below that let the fever run its course. You can try taking a face cloth with Luke warm water (not too hot or too cold) and just wipe your baby down. If you're worried always can call dr to check if thy have any suggestions
