From about 6am till about 7pm the past week or so all I can hear is a dog a couple of streets over…

@littleelf85, they won't do anything as I don't know the address unfortunately but he is out constantly from early in the morning until the evening, I'm presuming the owner must be away to work and leaves the dog outside but up here just now is freezing, windy and pouring down...I feel sorry for the dog any day but today just seems worse because of the weather xx

@littleelf85, if I'm feeling upto it and the pain eases a bit later on I might try and take a walk around and see if I can see where it's coming from so I can get an address xx

@littleelf85, I'm the same, don't see the point in having a dog if you keep it outside...maybe it's cause my dog is spoiled I dunno! for example my dog is sound asleep under the duvet with me so I feel bad for the poor dog sitting out in the pouring rain all alone xx

you can call thoes people who coke a rescue the dogs. They will help him and take him to a good warm place cos u can't do that to the dog what type of people are they to do that
