Not everyone starts producing. We're all different. But if you have any concerns I would talk to your doctor.

They were itchy in the beginning of my first trimester and I did see a change but I didn't notice anything came out til last night. Because my nipple has white stuff. I guess it was old milk. And whenever I took it off. I tried to squeeze my boob for a bit to see if anything would come out. You should try to see if anything comes out. That's the only way I found out. @amberlynn596

@mcrowell0970, your right. I got confused it's the colostrum that's coming out. It's a creamy milk. I looked it up.

weird question but did your breast itch really bad before you noticed it came in? mine are itching like crazy and I've definitely noticed a size change but still nothing coming out

same here girl I was scared at first because it never happened with my first two.

@mcrowell0970 agreed. Colostrum is The first stage of breast milk, but milk doesn't come until a little later in breastfeeding.

unless your purpose was to get her to call it by its "fancy" name. we all know what she meant @mcrowell0970

colustrum is milk, it just another word for it so you won't get it mixed up with breastmilk. nevertheless it is still considered milk. look it up or ask your OB
