Can someone describe what contractions feel like?? So I can stop worrying about every little pain…

Following... all I know is it could feel like bad period cramps

you'll kno when u get them. they last for a certain duration of time then stop. then start back up. and yes, period cramps but way worse.

Ok .. Is it just cramps or can there be back pain too ? I've heard of back labor ? @heatherlg88 @emersonsmommy sorry lol .. I've been so calm my whole pregnancy , but now that I'm getting closer I'm freaking out and over worrying SO much.

the beginning ones can be so small it's like period cramps but eventually if you may still you can feel your lower back pain start going around to your lower belly and it goes all the way up your tummy. it will be very tight and you will have to breath through it. so a good way to tell the diff in Braxton kicks and the real thing is if your having to breath heavy close your eyes or even move to your hands and knees to ease the pain them it's the real thing!

@babygirl.ruch, omg thank you . THAT is what I was wondering , like a detailed description lol thank you . Cause every single time I'm having really bad back pain that spreads up my back , or I get cramps or sharp pains I start freaking out !

Not trying to scare you birth is a beautiful thing but you can have the pre labor contractions for a while and it gets old going into labor and delivery over and over again

I'm so nervous about labor and delivery .. I think that's also why I'm freaking out about if I'm having contractions or not

I didn't experience any of that mine was just the cramps

mine were VERY obvious, especially when I went to the bathroom lol but I had back labor so it may make a difference

it's different for everybody. I went 27 hours with contractions every 2-3 minutes and never felt a thing (I didn't have an epidural or pain killers either)
