How often should you feel braxton hicks? Had them the last 2 days and they seem to be getting worse.. is it worth phoning the maternity unit? Don't want to waste their time if they are only braxton hicks? 😔

Never feel like you're wasting anyone's time, if you ever have a doubt or a worry just call. It could be a 2 min phone call & they tell you it's nothing to worry about or they might call you in. Once you call it's their decision & they're the professionals, so if they do call you in then there's a need for it xxx

don't feel like you are wasting their time. they are there to help you, I felt the same when I was pregnant had Braxton Hicks everyday.

There different for everyone. I since 18 weeks can get them every few mins quite strong for hours for a day or two then nothing again for 10 days.
