The girl in the recovery room with me was getting upset & started crying because her baby wouldn't latch to her boob & she didn't want to give him bottled milk & she felt like she wasn't feeding him enough I felt really sad & bad for her so I told her to stop crying & take her time , as long as she at least got a few drops of colostrum into her baby's mouth he would be fine her baby's stomach is still tiny & even if he didn't latch just getting the drops into his mouth or on his tongue was enough for now until she could start pumping i told her to trust herself & have faith as long as she saw her baby poop or pee by tomorrow she knows she did a good job just her trying was a good job
