Anyone ever take zzzquil to help you sleep? Did it work? I know it's the same thing as Benedryl (diphenhydramine) but the dose is double what benedryl is so I'm wondering if it'll help

Yes it helps that shit is strong it helps too with colds an flu and stuff

Are you talking about zzzquil or NyQuil? Zzzquil is only supposed to be a sleep aid

maybe try some Melatonin. that's what my doctor told me to take. it's over the counter too

Melatonin doesn't do anything for me. I've been taking it since I was little @goodbyelullabye I've always had really bad insomnia
