idk if I'm just being needy or selfish but I'm getting kind of upset. my husband is horrible at keeping secrets, he always gets excited and starts giving hints when he has one (ex. say he got me something for Christmas, I would know about it because he would be too excited to not give hints) and my birthday is Thursday. its my 21st and its my last birthday without a child here, who's birthday is going to end up being EXTREMELY close to mine, so there goes my birthday ever really being important to me again because I'll be to focused on my son's. this birthday a big dealfor me. and my husband, as well does the rest of my family knows this. I've never looked forward to my birthday but I do this year. and I asked him if we were doing anything for my birthday and he just says "I don't know" so he has nothing planned, and I know he hasn't gotten me a gift because as i said before I would know. my mom said I would probably just get an outfit from her since my nephew's is on the 7th and she has already got him alot. and my sister isn't going to get me anything because she is too focused on her son's. i don't expect much I really don't, I just wanna feel special, a letter or something would be perfect, maybe go out to dinner for an excuse to look nice. ya know? last year my sister was in the same place I am now, her last birthday before becoming a mommy, so we all made sure to make it special, her house was full of flowers, I spent a ton of money on makeup and brushes and a new straightener for her. i always make mom a nice gift basket for her birthday usually including expensive coffees, chocolates and a few pieces of nice clothing and a letter from me (I know it's redundant but she always loves it chocolate and coffee is her muse) and for my husband's birthday this year I spent over 400 on him. i got him a laptop new pair of nikes and left work early to set up the house before he got home with decorations a cake and set up his presents. i just always try so hard for everyone else that I would like it of they did the same just one more year, ya know? sorry for the rant
