Okay ladies! I'm getting induced on monday. I'm 4cm and have been having back labor for 3 days now, I'm in so much pain. I've been having contractions just not strong enough for 3 weeks. what can I expect when I get induced? how soon do you think I'll be able to get an epidural? I'd take it right now if I could :/

it probably depends on the hospital but they asked me if I wanted the epidural less than 30 mins after I started the pitocin, I denied for a few hours though
induction I'm being induced right now!! I already got the first dose of cytotec placed inside me. I currently have back pain and I'm starting to get nervous!!

Have anybody been induced with pitocin and did not get the epidural? I don't want to be induced but I have to so I'm wondering what was other experiences when it came to the pitocin and epidural. I want to try and resist getting the epidural.

depends on the hospital and how fast you dilate, after 7 or 8 cm they won't give it to you anymore
