Baby won't bear weight on leg

I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. My baby girl is pushing her ass or her head into my ribs and it hurts like hell... i cant get her to go down im afraid i will hurt her if i push down to hard

I started feeling down cause baby girl won't be breastfed. Kinda feel like I'm failing her. Any advice?
