If you're breastfeeding then breast milk works best however if it's a yeast diaper rash then it'll feed it. I use desitin and boudreauxs and like them equally.
I've been using destin for the last 3 days and it almost seems to be making it worse. At first his little butt was just super red all over and now he's getting these little bumps everywhere.
okay so me and hubby bought CVS brand poly bacitracin for when he has diaper rash, which he's only had once when we brought him home and started using different wipes. it cleared it up in a day. and a&d diaper cream in a large quantity all over including butt checks and creases of legs near privates, and haven't had another rash yet.

the Walgreens off brand it has 40% zinc oxide others only usually have 16% and it actually works.

awesome, thanks! @amberdaine this is the first time his had one so I'm going in blind lol. I'll try the a&d and see I'd I can find some bacitracin.
