It started off really red and painful like really bad sunburn, worst iv ever had and iv kept moisturiser on and drink only water. It's sore to touch and itchy but it stings when I itch it and stings when I go for a shower.

That looks purple and horrible... Go to the doctor asap for that... it looks really bad...
