Well if you don't want to get pregnant right away I recommend some form of birth control. Pull out method isn't reliable, cycle tracking apps aren't reliable either because things can cause your body to ovulate early or late and the app just guesstimates anyway.

Well no condom, no birth control + sex = pregnant sooooo maybe no sex or birth control! Lol.

I use natural family planning, lmao and no I don't rely on a "app" for it. I watch my body and either he wears a condom when I'm ovulating or we just don't dtd until I'm done ovulating. If you know your body it isn't that hard. I've never used bc and all of our kids have been planned so I'd say it's worked well for us 😊
