Yes it can still be weeks though losing your mucus plug is not a sign of labor

I'm aware of that but the frequent tummy tightening, cramps & back pain is starting to freak me out a little 😣 @melfox

I'd go in because cramping after you lose your mucus plug can lead to labor

So I'm not dilated yet or anything lol so we'll see if there's any progress next next week! I went and got a yoga ball today and plan on doing a lot more walking these next few weeks!!

Aww really? Don't worry I'm sure soon you will be! I'm already having all this unbearable lower back pain & cramps. We'll see on Tuesday when I get checked again if I've dilated anymore I feel like everything is happening so quick 😳 @kaseylyn

@tracytcoxo, yeah she did say he was really low and in position so that's good. I know I can't believe we're almost there it's so crazy to think we'll be holding our baby boys soon! So exciting. Well I hope you find a way to ease those cramps and back pain! I've got some pretty bad back pain myself since last night it's just been so achey!! And the pressure down there makes it so hard to walk especially after she checked me lol 🙈

Aww that's a good sign then :) you'll get there! I know exactly what you mean i literally have to take my time when I'm walking somewhere 😆I feel tons of pressure down there, so uncomfortable! Man can't wait to get it over with and have my boy in my arms 😍 @kaseylyn
