Rant: My parents went to MetroPCS to pay their bill. Somehow the sales person told them that MetroPCS and T-Mobile merged and that their phones were no longer able to be used. Somehow he got my mother to spend $250. My mother is 70 and hard of hearing and my father is 69 and battling stage 4 cancer. My sister-in-law took her to another store and now it's being investigated but she still hasn't been compensated. I'm so furious! If I wasn't pregnant I would be in jail for beating the shit out of this piece of garbage who took advantage of my poor parents.

@p0790, my mom went there yesterday. They are investigating but she didn't receive a refund. She doesn't even know what she paid and now she is saying it was $350.

Ugh I hate when sales reps take advantage of people smh do they give u an option to return everything n just pay a restocking fee? Which in this case they should deff waive of course

@p0790, they didn't give her the option to return. They said any refund would be in the form of a bill credit. I don't know why she took my sister in law bc my fiancée and I would have walked out of there with the money and her phone bill paid for sure.

That's just wrong, smh I worked for T-Mobile and I know that every phone company has to give u the option to return it you'd have a restocking fee but they can deff waive
