Believe it or not breastmilk works wonders on cracked or sore nipples. Just squeeze a bit out and rub it around the nipple. I tried creams and nothing worked as well. It really is liquid gold.😉

I had to get a prescription for nipple cream, I had sores from my baby not latching correctly. I also used a nipple shield until I healed up.

my lactation consultants (after showing me proper lactch) to heal my nipples use equal parts neosporin and hydrocortisone until healed. takes approximately 20 minutes to absorb, I put it on after she is done nursing on a specific side.
