I'm up thinking about labor. I'm terrified I just don't know what to expect. Any advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks it just I've been hearing so much horror stories about labor and now I'm just having anxiety. Did you take the epidural for both times or no?

trust your body to do what it a made to do. it's not as bad as you really think. with my 1st it never felt contractions. with my 2nd I did and was like wow this is what people scream and gripe about? lol you never know how your body will do so hun don't worry until that time. you'll do fine love.
