Are there any long term methods of birth control with no hormones besides the copper iud? I don't handle the hormones well and soon I will have to make a choice about switching to a different birth control.

Just now seeing this!! It's alright! No side effects so far, been on it 2 months! The only hard part is remembering to take it at the same time every day! @manicdoodler

I'm on the mini pill. And it only has progestin in it! I can't take estrogen and wanted something with less hormones so chose this! It's so hard to choose a birth control with all these crazy stories!!
