debating if I need to go to l&d, someone help😩

I've been having"Braxton hicks" since yesterday morning, almost constantly. I can't really pin point when they stop and start because they haven't let up. my stomach is so so tight and hard, it hurts to even move because of it. drinking water doesn't help, a warm shower doesn't help. laying down was helping but now it isn't, walking around isn't helping either. I'm worried, I'm only 34 weeks along & my doctor said last appointment that he's measuring 3 weeks ahead BUT what if it's not right? I need him in for at least 3 more weeks! help please 😩😩
