The clasp is breakaway so it pops right off if baby plays with it and each stone is double stitched so the stones don't come off the necklace. Probably why they are expensive. I put it on his ankle overnight. I had the same concerns as you. But he was so miserable, I would have tried anything. @alfysmommy

Thanks @harranmommy did he wear it all the time? even to sleep? I guess I'm just worried that he might choke with it and knowing my hubby, he will have the same concern lol.

It worked great for my son. I didn't think it would, but he was so miserable that I would have tried just about anything. I was pleasantly surprised.
