It's your mucus plug. Some people start losing it early.

Agreed. Or just some blood from dilation of cervix. If it increases in amount, call your doc

If it comes out more I would call your doctor to see what they say. Because sometimes just because you lose your mucus plug doesn't always mean baby is ready to come. But just be safe and careful.
