Behr is the best quality for the price. Shermin Williams paint is number one but cost a lot more. We painted our home with Shermin Williams but our nursery with behr bc I'm sure he will want to pick his own color when he is 2or 3. We chose grey I have old post of nursery
Okay how many jars did you have to use for the room ?I'm using two colors for her room two walls will be pink and the other two will be grey . I'm not sure how much I should get . I was thinking about going with behr so I'm glad you said that . @txyogagirl
His room is 10x16 with 8 ft ceiling. I only did one wall gray and bought one gallon and had over half left but the wall was red before but I use kilz first if u don't u will waste more paint. The rest I painted white from paint I already had. It should say the amount of sq ft it covers on can. If I was use I would buy one gal of each. The pints just don't cover much. U can also have ur primer tinted to help cover better. I get the semi gloss paint primer in one but don't let it fool u. U still need primer first. Semi gloss is nice bc it just wipes clean. It's i. White can with a teal trim on top of label. I know it's suppose to be for bathroom and kitchens but kids r messy.
@jeanetta25, yes the behr I get says paint and primer in one but I still use primer I'm very picky if the walls are in good condition maybe not but if u need to spackle nail holes I would spackle then prime I just feel the room is fresher and cleaner with the primer then paint it for sure helps when peeling the tape like around Windows if u have flat white paint and u paint pink semi gloss when u pull tape I'm 99% sure it will peel at edges that's why I always prime everything same goes for caulk like around base if it flat white on the caulk it will probably peel and I use the 3m blue painter tape

Would I need primer if the walls are already white ? If so are there 2 in 1 like paint with the primer mixed in it ? @txyogagirl
