Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Need some reassurance. TMI sorry in advance. I stopped bleeding about ten days ago when my baby was 5 and a half weeks. Husband and I have been having unprotected sex using withdrawal method since about 4 weeks PP, and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. Yesterday I randomly had some light spotting it was clear discharge with pink to red streaks. I'm freaking out that it was implantation bleeding!! Has anyone had this happen to them? Hospital best rest update-

Yesterday my family's brought me food and spent time with me pretty much all day here at the hospital. I was already happy and thankful for that for time with them. But God had more. At about 10pm last night the Drs come to tell me that since I have been stable and we made it to 23 weeks (as of today) they would give me the first round of steroid shots for Logan's lungs at midnight.
