Has anyone ever had brown hair and had to bleach it for a color they wanted? I wanna do some crazy…

I've bleached my hair several times. Bleached it after I gave birth to go blonde. As long as you do it moderately you'll be fine @britt16

😍😍 omg that's soooo pretty well yea you would have to bleach your hair till it's pretty much white. Then dye it a silver like color and dye strands of hair the color you want @britt16

If you do bleach it yourself by the stuff at Sally's. You can buy the ion bleach and depending on your hair either a 30 or 40 developer @britt16

I'm gonna have it done at a salon if I decide to go with this color. Lol. I don't think I would trust myself to do it. 😂. @benz305

You can save yourself the money and just do the bleach yourself. And then go to the salon for coloring. You will pay a lot less. But it's totally up to you! @britt16

I had magenta and red hair and two years later my hair still paying for it, my hair was bad, it turned out really damage and I spent a lot of money on treatments and to keep up with the color, I had it all the way down to my waist and I've had to cut it in a medium length bob twice to get rid of all the damage, it's fun to have color hair but get ready with hair treatments so that it won't get too damaged, I'm wanting a dark purple color right now but I'm too scared cuz my hairs barely looking descent lol

I bleached my own hair once to dye it dark green and I didn't have a problem besides my hair being dry for a few days but I just deep conditioned for about an hr and and did a hair mayo treatment it brought it back to life after that . I've also had magenta and burgundy hair and never had a problem reds tone colors go on my hair easy so I don't have bleach my hair besides the one time to get that green

You should be fine if you bleach it . But just pay attention to your hair cause if you leave it on there too long you can damage your hair . They say your only suppose to bleach 1 a yr . But I'm not using any color again where I'd have to bleach it . So that was a one time thing for me . Il stick to my reds and purples and light browns that way I don't have to bleach
