Wait maybe an hour or so and see if they turn into contractions. Then time the contractions and other mommies can tell you where to go from there lol

Wait it out and time the contractions (my contractions felt like period cramps) I waited as long as I could and went it when they were 3-4 minutes apart but my hospital was down the street so depending on how far you are its your call. When I got there I was 6 cm ! The diarrhea is your body cleaning itself out. Time them and stay hydrated try to eat something light and healthy so you have energy to push if you need to plus it sucks being at the hospital not being able to eat ! Good luck mama it's almost baby time!
