Ugh I hate when they put it in the hand

The hospital I had my daughter at they don't like to put it in your arm when in labor unless they absolutely have to because they like it in your arm because of you gripping on to stuff when you're pushing and less chance of it getting messed up and having to get a new one. Plus it's easier to handle the baby with it in your arm.

@egates, aww last time I was there my nurse told me there wasn't a preference and they'd put it wherever there was a good vein so I'd rather her put it in my arm lol my veins r always good there 😅
