Anyone know what may happen if my baby doesn't grow properly? The past 2 appointments he's hardly grown at all- no more than half a pound, and his growth is almost non existent now from my appointment 3 weeks ago? So 6 weeks and he's put on basically no weight?

Yeah they said they're worried because his weight has dropped off loads- but I've had regular scans from 26 weeks so guessing they'll just continue monitoring him :) he's happy just obviously they tend to worry you when they aren't growing- hopefully he picks up haha! @sara-lou
From 35weeks they estimate they put on roughly half a pound a week. If they're concerned about your babies weight they would be discussing it with you. If it's just a few pounds under the 'average' they will probably just give you growth scans leading up to your due date to keep an eye on him. If he's really underweight they may suggest inducing you earlier.
They'll probably just continue to give you growth scans then. They're so paranoid about babies being a certain weight and I'm not sure why. We all grow differently. Some small some big. But they'll keep an eye on him.
