I have small nipples too. they will learn to stretch it just takes a while. and yes its going to hurt for a while

try a nipple shield, I have small nipples as well. the nipple shield makes it easier to breastfeed with small nipples and also reduces the pain

it'll still hurt of course until your nipples get used to it, but it gets better

Nipple balm ! I used the organic one by " boobease" it helped! After 2 weeks my nipples didn't hurt anymore and didn't need it
