Single mothers: how do you cope with feelings of loneliness and guilt?
I'm single and my baby's father is clearly showing me that he really doesn't care about me (which yes hurts but whatever) but more importantly our daughter. That is where it gets to me the most. I love my baby so much, I dream of the moment I will be able to hold her in my arms. It kills me to see that this guy who is her father is truly not making an effort whatsoever. I have had my father in my life and my baby's father has had his dad in his life as well. It hurts me to know that my daughter will not have that loving male father figure in her life. I feel like I've failed, as if I already can not give her something so important. I don't know how to get past these feelings. I feel it's my fault because he doesn't want to be with me, he takes pride in being single. Yet he hits on other single moms and expecting mothers. I don't know what to do.

I'm a single mom:) I know what you're going through, but trust me when I say your guilt will decrease the minute you see your beautiful baby. You'll focus on him or her and making sure they have the best possible life. Nobody ever said a child needs a father in their lives to be able to have a beautiful life. just focus on you and doing what you need to for your baby:) you can message me if you need to talk <3

Try to keep your head up. Be strong. One day there will be a person that will make you and your daughter their life. Until then focus on making a healthy baby. Good luck!!!

I don't get men. I got in an argument w baby daddy who has lived off of me for a year now ( doesn't pay for anything) I was giving him a favor as a friend and he went and met some random girl and stayed with her while still coming to my house !!

I honestly don't understand them as well. They don't appreciate the good they have and they seriously don't care. @beachbaby2016
