I have been taking daily walks and eating healthier to try and lose weight. Today me and hubby walked 5 1/2 miles. I know it doesn't seem much, but this is a big deal for us. He has lost 10 lbs so far. I'm pretty much stuck at 10 pounds over pre pregnancy weight.
Any tips to help me lose the last 10 pounds that are stubborn? No I don't want any weird products ...just some general tips :) and I am breastfeeding . I have a pooch on my abdomen from pregnancy I would like GONE

@zuly2312, lmao oh man I thought yoga was supposed to be relaxing 😂 I can't even touch my toes anymore soooo that will be interesting . And that's awesome about the diabetes. It's hard because I'm trying to lose weight but safely so I don't lose milk supply as well. Kind of a balancing act with food & calories .
@zuly2312, no I haven't done yoga before 🙈 what's this honey lemon thing that sounds yummy... how many times do you drink it a day ?
Is there a way I can do Zumba at home by myself? Money for gyms or exercise classes isn't in our budget right now :/ . I was thinking of doing yoga as well I don't think that will help my weight problem but maybe it will strengthen my core
