It's your choice if u want it or not u can refuse but that's one I'd want to get it helps prevent whooping cough and more but whooping cough can be deadly to babies. But u can refuse anything a doctor offers u. Just be cautious and do research on the things they want to give u and do to you.

@dabcw3814, I got it. Whooping cough can kill babies. I made all of my immediate family who was going to be around him to get it too. Grandmas, grandpa's, aunts, uncles, dad, and family all went to go get it. They knew if they didn't get it and wash their hands they would not be around him at all. I'm doing the same for this baby too. It's all up to you just make sure you read up on all the pros and cons

@guaderrama_babies2, I'm going to get it. I read a lot on it. @tripletroublemom I also always get a terrible reaction to tetanus shots. I'm anticipating not being able to move my arm. I do agree though that the benefit outweighs the risk of the Tdap.
