I was checked yesterday she couldn't find my cervix it was like under my leg I guess didn't make sense. But it hurt so damn bad my husband almost slapped her. I was screaming

omg I had one male doctor check me, it's like he couldn't reach it well and like he was digging for gold , it hurt so bad

the male ive had is the most gentle ever. the female doctor I had previously pregnancies was the worst. it hurt like hell every time.

I'd prefer my male doctor over the female one. My male doctor is very gentle. The lady just does the procedure without caring but my male talks me through it and always asks me to tell him I feel any discomfort or warns me if it's going to hurt she tells me to suck it up and oh it doesn't hurt that bad. I be ready to kick her in the face

@tripletroublemom, I guess it's depends on the Doctor the one I had did not care about being gentle or anything I felt like he just shoved his stubby hands up there😫

@nicipicky, maybe a fingertip maybe 1cm he could barely reach with his short fat fingers. I went from 30% effaced to 50% effaced.

Yea it depends on the man or woman I guess if I feel like my Dr or nurse is to rough or doesn't care I request a different doctor this pregnancy I've had 3 different ob's they are so rough but my mfm doctors are awesome
