@michelle2220, @taea98 turns out they don't sign up anymore. 3 in a half years ago I had to go fill in paperwork but now they just come to your room when you're in labor to talk to you about it.

that's what they did for me with my first and that was 5 years ago. maybe it's just different everywhere.

I had heard of that so when we went to pre-register at the hospital last week I asked. Our hospital stopped that a year ago. Now they do the same, talk to you about it when you ask for it. They go with verbal consent.
