As much as I love breastfeeding, I think it's time for us too stop.. my milk just isn't increasing, and on top of that I left my nipple shield at my dads and when trying too use it without it, has made it harder for her and my nipples because she can hardly latch. I don't want too spend 20$ on a new one. Any tips of how I can slowly transition her too formula?

use soy instead of regular formula cause it is going to be too heavy on her stomach since you was only breastfeeding ..

I use the enfamil enspire... I used it when I switched. It's thinner and has extra vitamins then formula closet to breast milk. It made me feel better

I also started with half breast milk and half formula for a few days. He adjusted no problem. Just his poop changed.
