p.s Sorry I Keep Talking About It But I'm Being Judged By My Decision From Family
@motherpurgatory, yes your right she's not due until December 1st but I want him to prove to me that he won't do it again.... and okay I'll make sure I do that .... what makes it hard though is my whole family know so just say if I forgave him they would be extremely mad at me !!!
He needs to do a whole hell of a lot to prove himself to you first, in my opinion. My boyfriend put his hands on me one time when our daughter was about a year old. He has well more than made it up to us. Our daughter is 2 and a half now and we're happier than ever. People do change. But don't go around flinging chances out like candy. Make him work for it. If you must, find out if the hospital would refrain from giving him rights to anything. Father or not. Maybe not letting him have a bracelet (my hospital had mom and dad hospital bracelets matching baby's and one of us had to be present with Proof of ID to take her home or tell any staff to do anything).
Oh I know how that is! Trust me. I get hell all the time for being with him. Just tell him he has to make it up to you. Prove he really is sorry. Otherwise you will use what he did to keep him away from the baby!
