Calf is killing me☹ can't stretch it, get cramp and even sore when I walk! Doctors tomorrow I'm thinking🤔😟

Some mornings when I stretch I get cramp and yesterday morning I did, and then today I could feel it in the morning and I was to scared to stretch and now even just lifting my foot it makes it sore. So god knows @winterbaby95 xx
