Don't be! I didn't even feel it honestly. My baby was supposedly measuring over 10lbs too but he was 9lbs exactly. Still way too big for me to deliver naturally , he got stuck haha but try not to stress!
My son was supposed to be over 10lbs and he was born at 8lbs 12oz. He got stuck way up high so after 40 hours in labor I ended up in a c-section. So it turns out that I have a very small pelvic bone and I can't deliver a baby over 6lbs. The spinal is a breeze you feel nothing at all. They will numb you up before putting it in.
