They say you can switch to whole milk at 12 months but formula wasn't keeping my little chunkers satisfied so I think he was completely off formula at 10 months. Kids aren't going to always fall into the cookie cutter standards the doctors try to pass off as medical advice.
I haven't hit that point yet, i breastfeed and formula I plan on stopping at 12 months but my MIL formula fed all her kids and she stopped between 10 months and a year

I started transitioning him at 11 months. By one he was completely on his lactose free milk (he's lactose intolerant) and no bottles!
