Today was a complete disaster but I don't want to sound like an ungrateful bitch. I appreciate everyone who did at least show their face but I spent a bunch of money and I feel like I got jipped. It's sad to say that's what happens when you trust people that are your so-called friends and family. I'm glad me and my husband can afford to at least get the stuff that we didn't get I only got two things off my baby registry.

That's exactly why I didn't have a shower. I just sent my registry to everyone and got almost everything off of my registry mailed directly to my house

my 1 st son i didn't have a baby shower..7yrs later for my 2nd son i did have a baby shower no one bought anything off the registry and now 13 yrs later on my 3rd boy my husband and i bought it all.i don't need shit from anyone

some people just are selfish and only take from other's..I always show up when my friends have given birth with a gift..or know how to treat people when they come to my home..many people aren't this way..sorry your baby shower didn't go as @dez3185

aww that's horrible , I'm always checking out my list and thank fully some of the thinks are purchased. . I didn't ask for much . like my hubby said it will be horrible that no one comes I know from my family and friends they ask for the day off so I'm good with them .. I will have it on Saturday hope everything comes out perfect fingers crossed.

thats exactly why i don't want a shower i know its been almost 9 years since i had a baby but id rather just buy my things on my own i had one shower out of my 3 children and barely got what i needed
