it depends. there was no questioning who my son looked like. We have daddy's picture and his newborn picture with them doing the same pose. he is the spitting image of daddy. we knew he was in ultrasounds too
It depends, yes and no, because most of the time (if you deliver vaginally) their face is squished and swollen and their heads are kind of cone shaped from being pushed out of the birth canal, once a few days pass and the swelling goes down you'll be able to tell more.
The first couple days my baby was born, she looked EXACTLY like her dad. By a week or two later she had already changed SO MUCH. She actually now looks exactly like my sister did when she was a baby.
