Okay so I'm kinda freaking out, I made my son his sweet potatoes and I used the cutting board that was in the dishwasher bc I thought it was clean but when I was completely done making the sweet potatoes I realized it wasn't and the other night I made chicken and I put the chicken on the cutting board to pound it so now I'm worried about giving them the sweet potatoes bc I don't want him to get sick. Should I just throw the food out??
Throw it out! I worked at a restaurant and cross contamination is a serious thing especially with chicken and pork
